The Learning Journey

The programme offers a well-paced, engaging and enjoyable learning experience. Interactive activities, exercises and self-reflection ensure your learning potential is consistently maximised throughout the programme and, importantly, that you are supported and coached throughout. The training covers all aspects of a training process, from course design to effective group coaching techniques. Certification assessment is comprehensive and ongoing incorporating presentations, demonstrations, exercise observation, and content knowledge evaluation.

In our busy lives, I noticed that many people no longer want to fly off to exotic destinations (to a place not of their choosing) to become a Trainer of NLP. With horses, cats, dogs, partners and children to sort out (not necessarily in that order), plus the cost of accommodation, flights, meals and more.

Now you can train from anywhere in the world! (And if it suits you, you could jet to a paradise location and take the training there.)

The training is carried out over Zoom 1:1 (or if you know of someone you’d like to train with, in a group); the spacing of the sessions is decided by you: weekly is popular. Each training session is 1-2 hours long and training sessions alternate with a 30-minute coaching session.

There are 14 training sessions and 14 coaching sessions. 

In between the sessions, you will have exercises to complete to ensure your success. Some of these exercises require time and practice. This is where the flexibility of the course comes into its own: choose your schedule. If you can’t finish an exercise before the next training session, you can choose to have more time.
